A Japanese-inspired savoury soy-based broth, wok fired with garlic, ginger, onions, peppers, broccoli & Asian vegetable mix. Topped with a fried egg, sprouts, green onions & sesame seeds.

Recommended with CHOW MEIN noodle.

 45g  Pepper/Onion Mix  1x 3oz BLUE portion
 9.75g  Garlic/Ginger Mix  1x ORANGE portion

   Mixed Chilies  1/2 TSP (as required)
 100g  Veg Mix

 30g  Broccoli  1x 4oz GREEN portion
 33g  Sprouts  1x portion
 150g  CHOW MEIN noodles  1x BEIGE portion
 531ml  Shoyu Ramen Broth  3x 6oz BLACK portion
 5ml  Sesame Seeds  1 x portion
 10g  Green Onions  1x portion
 1 sprig  Cilantro  1x portion
 1  Fried Egg  1x portion

METHOD

  1. Cook egg on flat top at 350°F using the fried egg recipe.

  2. Heat wok on high and add canola oil, pepper/onion mix, ginger/garlic mix, and protein (if required). Cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add mixed chilies (if required), veg mix, and broccoli. Cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add Shoyu Ramen Broth and CHOW MEIN noodles. Cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and plate in a 32oz bowl using the Noodle Swirl method.

  6. Top with the fried egg and garnish with sprouts, cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds.

1 kg   SHOYU G concentrate

METHOD

  1. In a large container, combine 9000 ml of water and 1 kg of Shoyu concentrate and mix well.

  2. Label and store in the cooler for use.
