A Japanese-inspired savoury soy-based broth, wok fired with garlic, ginger, onions, peppers, broccoli & Asian vegetable mix. Topped with a fried egg, sprouts, green onions & sesame seeds.
Recommended with CHOW MEIN noodle.

METHOD
Cook egg on flat top at 350°F using the fried egg recipe.
Heat wok on high and add canola oil, pepper/onion mix, ginger/garlic mix, and protein (if required). Cook for 1 minute.
Add mixed chilies (if required), veg mix, and broccoli. Cook for 1 minute.
Add Shoyu Ramen Broth and CHOW MEIN noodles. Cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and plate in a 32oz bowl using the Noodle Swirl method.
Top with the fried egg and garnish with sprouts, cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds.

METHOD
In a large container, combine 9000 ml of water and 1 kg of Shoyu concentrate and mix well.
Label and store in the cooler for use.
