Mango Milk Tea base with tender Boba Pearls

BUILD METHOD

  1. Add 30ML or 1 Portion of Boba to the bottom of the 700ML cup.

  2. Add one scoop of ice to the cup.

  3. Pour 500ML of Mango Milk Tea mix to fill the drink.

  4. Place into sealing machine to seal on the lid and serve with the paper boba straw.

Volume/Weight Ingredient
2 L Water
2 L Ice
800g Mango Milk Tea Powder

  1. In a 1/3 container weigh out 800 g of Mango Milk Tea powder mix

  2. Pour in 2 liters of hot water and stir the 800 g Mango Milk tea powder, ensuring it is mixed well.

  3. Add in 2 liters of ice, stir and mix well. All ice should be dissolved.

  4. Separate into two 2.2L pitchers, label and lid.

  5. Store in walk-in cooler until needed.
