Classic Green Tea with tender Boba Pearls

BUILD METHOD

  1. Add 30ML or 1 Portion of Boba to the bottom of the 700ML cup.

  2. Add one scoop of ice to the cup.

  3. Pour 500ML of Green Tea mix to fill the drink.

  4. Place into sealing machine to seal on the lid and serve with the paper boba straw.

Volume/Weight Ingredient
2 L Water
2 L Ice
1 bag Green Tea
320g Cane Liquid Sugar

  1. In a 1/3 container place a Green Tea Bag

  2. Pour in 2 liters of hot water and let steep for 8 minutes

  3. Remove the Green Tea Bag, squeezing to drain

  4. Add in 320 g  of liquid cane sugar and mix well

  5. Add  2 liters of ice, stir and mix well. All ice should be dissolved.

  6. Separate into two 2.2L pitchers, label and lid

  7. Store in walk-in cooler until needed
